Do you want to dominate Instagram?
Why do not do it? Instagram is mighty!
However, many people and businesses are not yet taking full advantage of it. Over the past year, I have devoted myself entirely to learning as much as possible about Instagram to make the most of it.
The result? I applied all my knowledge and went from having 0 to 70,000 followers on Instagram as of today.
Instagram allowed me to create a new personal brand entirely from scratch.
Today I will share with you all the tips and tricks for Instagram that have led me to success.
1- Post more than 30 hashtags
This is a tip for those who love to add multiple hashtags to their photos on Instagram. There is currently a small hole in Instagram that allows you to exceed the maximum of 30 hashtags.
You will need to follow these steps to add up to 60 hashtags to each post and give your post more visibility.
This is how you should do it.
Post your photo or video as you usually do. Make sure there are no hashtags in the original description. Otherwise, the trick won’t work.
Then copy and paste 30 hashtags in a comment on your photo or video.
Once you’ve done that, you can go back to edit your photo description and add the other 30 hashtags.
2 – Research hashtags for your posts
Some hashtags that you can use are quite obvious, but they are precisely those hashtags that tend to be used too often, and your posts can get drowned in them. Some hashtags like #business may be relevant to your post. However, this hashtag alone encompasses almost half a million photos. Your photos can be lost in just a few seconds.
What you should do then is use popular hashtags that are not overused. The trick is to research correctly on Instagram.
You have to start with a common hashtag. I chose the hashtag #business for this example. Then scroll down.
Do you notice how #proprietary has only 80,000? This hashtag might be a better option to use. You can easily find more hashtags like this just by scrolling down for more suggestions each time you search for a common hashtag.
Keep going until you find your 60 hashtags. It may take you a little while, but you will achieve better results and more significant interaction with this.
Here are some hashtags that you can start using to go in the right direction:
- # entrepreneur – 379,000 posts
- #emprendehoy – 4,200 posts
- #successful – 75,000 posts
3- Make your descriptions more readable and Stylish.
I don’t know about you, but when I read something on Instagram, I prefer that there are adequate spaces in the text with stylish fonts. This makes your Instagram descriptions much more readable and attractive. I know we only get have access to normal text, so start using an online fancy text generator to get more followers. you can visit fancycrazytext.com this website for fancy text.
4- Save hashtags to use later
Ready for more tips for using hashtags on Instagram? Here’s one to keep you organized.
No! You panic and forget all the hashtags you wanted to use. Even worse? You don’t even remember the most important hashtags.
Do not worry. All you have to do is create a note and organize the hashtags by categories. If you have a business account you can, for example, create categories of hashtags like this:
- Business
- Phrases
- Personal
(Don’t forget to max out the 60 hashtags trick I shared with you earlier?)
5- Save drafts for later.
We will leave the topic of hashtags to share more tips for Instagram about your visual content.
Did you know that you can save posts as drafts? Yes! You can include a photo and its description in your drafts.
How to do it:
- Tap the + sign on your screen to take or upload a new photo or video as you usually would.
- Edit your photo, add your description, location, etc.
- Click the arrow pointing to the left at the top of the screen to return to the previous screen (an icon like this appears on the iPhone <).
- Click the arrow (or <icon) again.
- A message will appear on your screen asking if you want to save the draft or discard it. Just click save.
Ready! The next time you want to add a photo, you will find it right there.
Important: Sometimes, your drafts can disappear when Instagram updates its application, so it is best not to save too many.
6- Monitor comments on ads
Ads on Instagram are compelling. They are a great way to generate leads and traffic from Instagram. The problem is that you cannot see the comments.
7- Record video with your hands-free
If you are alone and want to record a video yourself, you have to click on the “+” sign, as you usually would to upload or record your story on Instagram.
Then click on the “Hands-Free” option to start recording. You can choose to save it or upload it to your story on Instagram.
8- Share photos from your camera in your stories
You finally managed to take the perfect photo for your Instagram story. The problem? You only have 24 hours to post it.
Don’t worry, and if you can’t publish all your photos simultaneously, you just have to take a screenshot for that photo to appear as new. The quality may not be the best, but it is a great way to solve this situation.
9- Mention other accounts in your story
What I love about stories on Instagram is that you can tag other accounts on it.
Labelling is simple; all you need is to type their name like you would in a description. If you type it correctly then you will see something similar to this:
Otherwise, you will only see your text.
Your followers will see who mentioned you and click on the username to go directly to the profile. When someone mentions you in their stories, you will receive a notification.
10- Gain more followers
Shout for a shoutout (mention for the mention) or # S4S or #SFS is a great way to gain more followers on Instagram. This works when you find an account similar to yours with a similar audience and approach them, asking if they are interested in exchanging one mention for others. If they are interested, then each will mention the other in their Instagram stories.
This method alone has helped me gain thousands of followers. The key is to find the appropriate accounts or similar to yours.
11- Get free statistics
If you want to get statistics cheaper, all you have to do is switch to a business profile. The business profile includes statistics that can help you determine if your Instagram strategy is working or not.
Switching to a business profile is very easy. Just go to your options and click on “Switch to Company Profile”, connect to your page on Facebook, and that’s it.
12- Hide hashtags on Instagram
A list of hashtags on each Instagram post doesn’t look perfect. You may even seem desperate for attention, and you probably don’t want that. What can we do?
13- Turn off comments
Do you have any content that you don’t want someone to comment on?
On Instagram, you can disable comments. It is effortless too. Just click on the “…” and disable comments.
